Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy covers consumer health data, as Washington and Nevada law define it, that Zekby LLC collects through the Nuzzle app.

What we collect and why

• Care records about your child: feedings, pumping, bottles, diapers, potty, sleep, growth, milestones, teeth, activities, temperature and symptoms, medicines and doses, doctor questions, notes, and birth details such as due date, gestational age and birth measurements.
• Care records about you: your own medicines, contractions, nursing and pumping.
• Health information you choose to include in a support message.

We use care records to provide Nuzzle. That means storing and syncing them across your devices, showing history and charts, sending the reminders you set, sharing them with the people you invite and creating the exports you ask for. We use support messages to answer you. We store consumer health data on our servers and your devices and encrypt it in transit. Our hosting, database, email and notification delivery providers, and the AI service provider for the support chat, process it only on our behalf.

Where it comes from

From you, the caregivers you invite and the Nuzzle app on your devices.

What we share and with whom

• Caregivers you invite receive the care records of the children you share with them, as their role allows.
• Authorities receive it only when the law requires.

Our analytics provider never receives consumer health data: its usage statistics do not say which kind of care you log or view, or whether you are pregnant. No third party collects consumer health data about your activity on other websites or online services through Nuzzle. We have no affiliates.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and give you access to it, including a list of the third parties we shared it with and how to contact them;
• stop collecting or sharing it, or withdraw your consent;
• delete it. Records of a child you share with someone else stay with them.

In the app you can review, edit and delete your records, turn off Share app statistics in Baby Profile, Account, Privacy, and delete your account in Baby Profile, Account.

To make a request, email support@nuzzle.mom with the subject "Health data request". If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject.

Changes

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. Before we collect, use or share consumer health data in a new way, we tell you and ask for your consent.
