Nuzzle — Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026 · Last updated: August 20, 2026

Zekby LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), built Nuzzle as a subscription baby-tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Unlike a purely on-device app, Nuzzle syncs your data to our servers so you can access it across devices and share it with the caregivers you invite.

By using Nuzzle, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

Information collected automatically

Information we do NOT collect

2. How we use your information

We use your data only to provide Nuzzle's core features: syncing your logs across devices, sharing them with the caregivers you invite, authenticating you, unlocking premium features you purchased, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, or make automated decisions that significantly affect you.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only:

4. Third-party services

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
AppleApp distribution and in-app purchasesApple Privacy
RevenueCatSubscription entitlement managementRevenueCat Privacy
SentryCrash reporting and error diagnosticsSentry Privacy
CloudflareHosting, database and content deliveryCloudflare Privacy

Each processes data solely on our behalf to run the service. Crash reports are diagnostic only: they carry the error and a stack trace, and are not linked to your identity.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual logs or your baby's profile at any time in the app. You can also delete your whole account from inside the app (Baby Profile → Account → Delete account); that removes your account data and all associated baby data from our servers immediately, except for babies you share with someone else, which stay with them.

6. Data security

All network communication is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Data at rest is stored on our hosting provider's managed infrastructure with access limited to operating the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting support@nuzzle.mom. We respond within 30 days.

European Union residents (GDPR)

Zekby LLC is the data controller. We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service) and on our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention). You additionally have the right to restrict or object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. Data transferred outside the EEA is protected by appropriate safeguards.

California residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA.

8. Children's privacy

Nuzzle is made for parents and caregivers, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about your baby (profile and logs) is provided by you, the parent or legal guardian, and is used solely to provide the app's features to you and the caregivers you invite. As the parent, you can review, edit, or delete this information at any time in the app, or by contacting us at support@nuzzle.mom.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use of Nuzzle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
