Choose the period you can describe

How has feeding been going? can be difficult to answer from memory. Write the first and last dates of the period you want to discuss. Ask your care team whether it wants particular days or details. One busy afternoon and three complete days are different records.

Keep the underlying entries available alongside your summary. Mark gaps as not recorded so a missing entry cannot be mistaken for an event that did not happen.

Keep different observations separate

List nursing sessions, bottle feeds, milk expressed and observed diaper changes separately. Nursing minutes do not tell you how many ounces or milliliters your baby took. Pump output is not automatically milk your baby drank. Put the unit beside every measured amount.

If a bottle entry means amount offered rather than amount taken, say so. Use your care team's requested definitions. This worksheet organizes observations; it does not score a day's intake or decide whether a pattern is normal.

Bring the questions you do not want to forget

Write changes you noticed, where the record is incomplete and the questions you want to ask. Leave space for the care team's answers and follow-up instructions. You can review Nuzzle's records on your iPhone; the blank website sheet is filled in by you, not automatically exported from the app.

If you are concerned about your baby's health, contact the care team rather than waiting to finish a log or reach a scheduled appointment. A tidy record is a conversation aid, not a diagnosis.

Visit preparation sheet

Write the chosen date range at the top of your printed sheet. Each row can hold one observation, missing detail, question or follow-up instruction.

On a small screen, scroll the blank table horizontally. The printout includes the whole table.

Questions to keep beside the record

This sheet records observations. It does not set feeding amounts, schedules or a medical plan. For questions about your baby's health, contact your care team.
